The staff at the local branch are inefficient; instead of delivering the parcel to my home, they asked me to pick it up myself, citing a lack of available personnel. Upon checking reviews, I noticed that this particular branch has received consistently poor ratings, averaging only one star. For deliveries to the Gota/Chandlodiya areas, I strongly recommend choosing an alternative logistics partner.
